Using the service
You may use Soyayya Novels only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability or rights of other users and creators.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Account information should be accurate and should not impersonate another person or publisher.
Publishing books
Anyone submitting a book must have the copyright, permission, licence or other lawful authority required to publish that material. A publisher is responsible for the files and information submitted through their account.
Reader access and downloads
Reading, downloading and other access can vary by book according to the access settings selected by the publisher or platform. Access to a work does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute it.
Payments
Where payments are enabled, access is granted only after the platform verifies the transaction. Purchase, refund and dispute records may be retained for accounting, security and support purposes.
Unacceptable use
- Uploading material you do not have authority to publish.
- Attempting to bypass access controls or security protections.
- Using the platform for fraud, spam, harassment or impersonation.
- Interfering with the service, automated systems or other users.
- Submitting deliberately false ownership, payment or identity information.
Moderation and enforcement
Soyayya Novels may review, restrict or remove content and may limit accounts when necessary to enforce these terms, respond to credible rights complaints, protect users or maintain platform security.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as the platform is maintained and improved.
